Since early 2000 Mr. La Force has been involved in investment real estate with experience in California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. In search of a more sustainable market for portfolio investment Mr. La Force started a Houston-based real estate practice in 2004; joining a real estate investment and education company, Lifestyles Unlimited, working exclusively with portfolio investors in the one-to-four family and multi-family residential arena. Since choosing RE/MAX Metro in 2007 as business partner Mr. La Force has organized and hosted his own real estate investment group and established himself as a savvy agent, a foreclosure specialist, and mentor for first time as well as experienced investors bringing his extensive knowledge to bear and benefit his clients. In addition he expanded his practice to include specializing in Houston's Inner-Loop; helping bring buyers and sellers together in Montrose, River Oaks, Heights and Houston's famed Museum District.
